Where to find us

Our office is in Glasgow city centre, close to public transport and with on-street parking nearby.

From Glasgow Central station, head west along Argyle Street for about five minutes, then turn right onto Bartoletti Street. Our entrance is on the left side, marked by a dark grey door with a brass number 93. If you are arriving by car from the M8, take junction 19 and follow signs for the city centre. The nearest car park is the NCP on Mitchell Street, roughly a three-minute walk away.

Clients visiting from Edinburgh often take the train, which runs every 15 minutes and takes about 50 minutes. We are also reachable by bus from all major Scottish cities, with Buchanan Bus Station a 12-minute walk from our office.

Common questions before getting in touch

If your question is not listed here, ask it in the form above and we will answer directly.

How much does a typical engagement cost?

An AI readiness audit starts at £4,800 for a two-week assessment. Predictive analytics projects range from £12,000 to £35,000 depending on dataset complexity and the number of models required. We provide a fixed-price quote after the initial discovery call, so there are no surprise invoices. Payment is split into three milestones: 30 percent at kick-off, 40 percent at model delivery, and 30 percent after a two-week acceptance period.

Do we need a data team before starting?

No. About half of our clients have no in-house data scientists when they first contact us. We handle the engineering and modelling work, and we can train your team to maintain the system once it is live. If you already have analysts or developers, we work alongside them rather than replacing them.

What industries do you work with?

Most of our experience is in logistics, financial services, healthcare administration and e-commerce. That said, the techniques we use are transferable. We have also completed smaller projects for legal firms, energy suppliers and a Scottish whisky distributor. The common thread is structured or semi-structured data and a clear business question.

Where will our data be stored?

On your own cloud account. We set up the infrastructure in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud under your organisation's billing and access controls. We never copy production data to our own servers. During development, we work with anonymised samples unless the full dataset is essential, in which case we sign a data processing agreement before any transfer.

How long does a project take from start to finish?

The average delivery cycle across our 47 completed projects is six to eight weeks. A simple classification model can be ready in four weeks. Larger multi-model systems with custom dashboards have taken up to fourteen weeks. We agree on a timeline during the discovery phase and provide weekly progress updates so you always know where things stand.
