Artificial Intelligence that fits your business, not the other way round

We help mid-sized companies in the UK adopt machine learning, predictive analytics and process automation without the jargon or the bloated budgets. Our Glasgow-based team works alongside yours from audit to deployment.

What we actually do

Four focused service lines, each with clear deliverables and fixed-price options.

AI readiness audit

A two-week assessment of your data infrastructure, existing workflows and team capabilities. You get a 30-page report mapping out which processes benefit most from automation, ranked by estimated return and implementation effort. We review data quality, privacy compliance under UK GDPR, and integration points with your current software stack.

Predictive analytics

We build forecasting models tailored to your sales, supply chain or customer churn data. Most projects go from raw data to a working dashboard in six to eight weeks. The models run on your own cloud account, so you keep full ownership of the data and the trained weights. We use Python, scikit-learn and, where scale demands it, PyTorch.

Process automation

Document classification, invoice extraction, email routing: we connect large language models and computer vision to the repetitive tasks your team currently handles by hand. A typical invoice-processing pipeline cuts manual entry by around 85 percent and pays for itself within four months, based on our 2024 client data across eight deployments.

Team training and workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions for product managers, analysts and developers who need to understand what AI can and cannot do. We cover prompt engineering for business applications, model evaluation metrics, and responsible AI principles. Sessions are capped at twelve participants so everyone gets hands-on time with real datasets.

Built in Glasgow, working across the UK

AI Strategy Masters started in 2019 when our two founders left enterprise consulting to work directly with the companies that actually needed help. Large consultancies were selling six-figure "AI transformation" programmes that often delivered little more than a PowerPoint deck and a proof of concept that never reached production.

We took a different approach. Every engagement begins with your data, not a generic framework. Our team of nine includes data engineers, ML researchers and a full-time project manager whose sole job is making sure deadlines hold. We have delivered 47 production-grade models to date, for clients in logistics, financial services, healthcare administration and e-commerce.

Our office sits at 93 Bartoletti Street, Glasgow G2 4JR, Scotland, United Kingdom. Most discovery calls happen over video, but we travel to client sites for workshops and deployment sprints. If you want to visit us, the office is a ten-minute walk from Glasgow Central station.

What clients say

Quoted with permission. Company names withheld where NDAs apply.

"They built a demand-forecasting model for our warehouse network in seven weeks. Stock-outs dropped 31 percent in the first quarter after go-live. The model updates itself nightly, so we rarely need to touch it."

"We asked for a document classifier to sort incoming mortgage applications. The team delivered it on budget and trained our ops staff to monitor model drift. Genuinely useful, no fluff."

"The half-day workshop changed how our product team thinks about feature prioritisation. Before, AI was a buzzword on our roadmap. Now we have three concrete use cases with cost estimates attached."
